I am here to practice love.

Love is not an instinct.

If it were, we would all know how to love. But we don't.

What we do does not automatically become right just because we mean it with love. Good intentions alone never guarantee good outcomes.

True love must be practiced. Because love is a powerful force we cannot easily master, yet it is a responsibility none of us can avoid.

We are shaped by the love we receive. And the way we love shapes others in return. Without mindful practice, we might turn closeness into pressure, care into fear, and tenderness into wound. Untrained love can fracture a life as easily as it can heal one. And its echoes linger long after we believe our part is done.

It is not easy to love. Because to love is to be there. And to be there, one has to be very diligent — to practice living with uncertainty, to overcome strong emotions, and to keep awareness in every step on the path.

My way on this path is through my work and my writings. This is where I connect with myself, with you, and with our shared mission to be a happy and helpful person.

How about you?

I am so glad you are here!
